• A surcharge of THB 1,000 per room applies for stays from 1 November 2026 to 31 March 2027. This surcharge must be paid by the guest upon check-in.
• Reservation: Minimum 3 days advance booking required.
• Extra Guests (Sharing bed policy):
  • Age 12+: THB 1,500/person (includes extra bed).
  • Age 6–11: Subject to an additional charge of THB 400 when sharing the existing bed with parents.
  • Age 5 & under: Free of charge.
• Policy: Non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
